To accelerate our U.S. commercial growth and revenue diversification, we seek an accomplished and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in driving top-line growth, aligning sales and marketing, and executing data-driven revenue strategies in complex B2B markets. Your leadership will be critical to building scalable revenue engines while bridging global business objectives with localized market execution.

CRO role summary

As the CRO, you will be a core member of the U.S. executive leadership team, accountable for end-to-end revenue generation and commercial strategy. You will lead sales, marketing, customer success, and business development functions to maximize market penetration and customer lifetime value. Your insights and execution will directly influence market share expansion, client acquisition, and sustainable revenue streams across diverse U.S. sectors.

CRO key responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion within U.S. markets.

Sales Leadership

Oversee the sales organization, including field sales, inside sales, and channel partnerships. Set targets, KPIs, and incentive plans to drive performance and accountability.

Marketing Alignment

Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure integrated demand generation, brand positioning, and lead nurturing that supports revenue goals.


Customer Success & Retention

Build and optimize customer success programs to enhance satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Data-Driven Growth

Leverage analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales funnels, forecast revenue, and continuously refine go-to-market approaches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing, product-market fit, and scalable operational models.

Talent Development

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing U.S. revenue team. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and customer obsession.

Global & Local Coordination

Act as the commercial bridge between U.S. operations and global HQ, ensuring consistent messaging, reporting, and strategic alignment.

Candidate profile

Experience

Minimum 10 years in senior revenue leadership roles, preferably with CRO or VP Sales/Marketing titles in the U.S.

Industry Background

Proven success scaling revenue for international or mid-market B2B companies, ideally in technology, SaaS, manufacturing, or professional services.

Commercial Acumen

Expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and complex contract negotiations.

Analytical Skills

Strong command of CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance measurement to enable data-backed decision making.

Communication

Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate strategy into action.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and benefits

Base Salary Range$250,000 – $310,000
Performance BonusUp to 50% of base salary
