This is not a staffing solution. This is a premium, white-glove executive search service, redesigned for scale. And it could save you hundreds of thousands compared to traditional per-hire executive search fees.

(*RPO stands for Recruitment Process Outsourcing. In simple terms, it means a company outsources all or part of its hiring process to a specialized recruitment partner.)

​How It Works: Hybrid Pricing That Works for Everyone

This model combines a monthly subscription with a reduced success fee. Here’s how:

Starting from 4 hires/year (minimum 4-month commitment)

$15,000/month base subscription (covers 4 roles)

$2,000/month per additional role beyond 4

Then a success fee applies only if we fill the role — and the more you hire, the lower that fee becomes:

For 4 searches or more: 15% of total compensation (no minimum fee)

For 10 searches or more: 10% (minimum 6-month commitment)

For 15 searches or more: 8% (minimum 8-month commitment)

For 25 searches or more: 4% (minimum 12-month commitment)

This means you’re only paying full fee on success, while still benefiting from dedicated resources, fast delivery, and strategic continuity across hires.
