We usually work on a retained basis — with a 27% success fee and a minimum fee of $54,000 per hire. But for companies hiring multiple roles, that pricing adds up fast.

This model combines a monthly subscription with a reduced success fee. Here’s how:

Then a success fee applies only if we fill the role — and the more you hire, the lower that fee becomes:
For 4 searches or more: 15% of total compensation (no minimum fee)For 10 searches or more: 10% (minimum 6-month commitment)
For 15 searches or more: 8% (minimum 8-month commitment)
For 25 searches or more: 4% (minimum 12-month commitment)
This means you’re only paying full fee on success, while still benefiting from dedicated resources, fast delivery, and strategic continuity across hires.
