To support our U.S. growth and ensure sustainable financial leadership, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive will play a critical role in managing financial planning, risk, and reporting, while acting as a key business partner to the CEO and global leadership.

CFO role summary

As CFO, you will be a core member of the U.S. executive team, responsible for end-to-end financial oversight, including planning, compliance, investor relations, and operational finance. You will ensure financial integrity, optimize cash flow, and support strategic decision-making. Your leadership will guide capital strategy, help scale operations, and align U.S. performance with global objectives.

CFO key responsibilities

Financial Planning & Strategy

Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial modeling to support business objectives.

Financial Controls & Compliance

Ensure GAAP compliance, regulatory adherence, and implement best-in-class financial controls and audit practices.

Cash Flow & Capital Allocation

Manage working capital, optimize treasury operations, and lead capital structuring, debt/equity planning, and liquidity management.

FP&A and Reporting

Deliver timely, accurate internal and external reporting. Support KPI tracking, margin analysis, and board-level reporting.

Strategic Finance & Partnerships

Support M&A activity, scenario planning, investor due diligence, and commercial initiatives with strong financial insights.

Systems, Tools & Processes

Select and implement financial systems (ERP, BI dashboards). Drive automation and scalability in financial operations.

Leadership & Team Development

Build and lead high-performing finance and accounting teams. Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Cross-Border Collaboration

Align U.S. operations with global headquarters. Ensure consistency in financial standards, reporting, and strategic communication.

Candidate profile

Experience

10+ years in senior finance roles, ideally as CFO or VP of Finance within high-growth or international companies in the U.S.

Financial Expertise

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial controls, FP&A, cash flow modeling, and capital markets.

Analytical Acumen

Strong command of business analytics, scenario modeling, and strategic forecasting.

Stakeholder Communication

Able to communicate complex financial topics clearly to boards, executives, and external investors.

Leadership Style

Collaborative, data-driven, detail-oriented. Comfortable in dynamic environments.

Education

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required. MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.

Compensation and benefits

Base Salary Range$270,000 – $340,000
Performance BonusUp to 50% of base salary
